We identified an issue impacting XML offer package submissions on May 28, starting around: 08:30 UTC / 10:30 CEST

This issue results in package integration results being returned with error code 2123 PackageFailedToLoad, along with a specific error message.

As a result, affected packages are not integrated and the related offers are not updated.

The impact is partial and limited to a subset of XML offer package submissions.

Until the issue is resolved, submissions returning this error should not be considered successfully integrated. They should either be retried later once the service has recovered, or discarded if they are no longer needed.

We are currently working to resolve the issue and expect service recovery around: 16:00 UTC / 18:00 CEST
