During this window, you may experience:

• Intermittent 503 Service Unavailable or 504 Gateway Timeout responses on a subset of API endpoints
• Increased processing delays for asynchronously submitted data (offer packages, order updates, etc.)

Recommendations:

• Avoid scheduling automated batch submissions or critical syncs during this window if your workflow allows it
• Implement standard retry logic with exponential backoff for any requests returning 5xx errors
• Delayed processing of submitted data will resume normally once the maintenance window closes
