As part of a scheduled security upgrade on low level cross applicative network infrastructure,
Octopia will deploy new network configurations system wide.
This will occur during the following 45 minutes window:
- November 17th, 2026
- Starting 14:15 CE(W)T/GMT+1 (13:15 UTC)
- Expected end 15:00 CE(W)T/GMT+1 (14:00 UTC)
During this time frame, you may experience:
- Intermittent
502 Bad Gatewaypotentially on ALL API endpoints - Intermittent
503 Service Unavailableor504 Gateway Timeoutresponses on a subset of API endpoints
Any call ending with such an error should be scheduled for re-run after a few minutes to ensure processing of your data.
Submitted data on failed calls will not be taken into account.
Background processing is not affected by this change, only communication through API endpoints.
Recommendations:
- Avoid scheduling automated batch submissions or critical syncs during this window if your workflow allows it
- Implement standard retry logic with exponential backoff for any requests returning 5xx errors
Octopia takes all the necessary measures to reduce the time window as much as possible.
