On 2026-07-06, between 14:07 and 14:12 (UTC), a service outage caused API requests to return 404 (Not Found) responses on endpoints and resources that were in fact existing and available.

Impacted behavior:

– All API endpoints were affected, except authentication
– Requests returned a 404 response, as if the requested resource did
not exist, while the underlying data remained intact and unaffected

No data was lost. The issue was isolated to the API response layer.

The issue has been identified and resolved. Service was fully restored at 14:12 (UTC).

If your system processed these 404 responses as unavailability of resources (offers, products, orders, etc.), we recommend reviewing your synchronizations for this time window and re-running control calls where needed.
