We identified an issue impacting API availability on April 23 between:

• 08:00–08:07 UTC (10:00–10:07 CEST)
• 09:00–09:06 UTC (11:00–11:06 CEST)
• 10:00–10:08 UTC (12:00–12:08 CEST)

Which resulted in intermittent 503 Service Unavailable and 504 Gateway Timeout responses for a subset of requests. The behavior could appear random depending on the request path and timing.

We are currently investigating the issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We continue to monitor the platform closely.
