We identified an issue impacting API availability between February 16 and February 20, which resulted in intermittent 504 Gateway Timeout responses for a subset of requests. The behavior could appear random depending on the request path and timing.
The issue has been resolved, and the service is operating normally. We have implemented corrective actions to prevent recurrence and will continue to monitor the platform closely.
